Like a teenage soul I wailed to be freed
watching others gliding by in envy
How I longed to be one of them!
Yeah I longed to be one of them!

Hanging by a trivial twig
I had been a leaf for what seemed an infinity - eternity
Wind blew by the length of day
and I begged her to take me away

But like apathetic voyager
it was unavailable for me
was always told,” It’s not time!"
" It's not time?"
Aahh!! my hollow existence seemed restrained to emptiness

Perplexedly waiting for the eternity to end

Passively waiting for the eternity to end

Slowly in speed I lost my dynamic green and
then the wind howled, yowled , bawled ,
and in a moment I was sailing
I was carried to the nearby garden,
the one I had always longed for,
as my LOVE bloomed there.
But before I could catch a glance
I flew again and again and again
till everything stopped and

The wind gone leaving me behind

Now I lay in a heap of rot
pondering over what I wanted

and what I got . . .

Ways to kill yourself - Creativity

From past few years almost daily I am hearing one or two suicide cases. Looks like it has become fashion to kill own self!! Is it so?? I don’t know. Anyways least interested to know also but one thing what I found common was the reason and the way most of them kill oneself. What has happened to our generation ….Where has their creativity gone??

Same old boring reasons to die ...

Same old boring ways to commit suicide ...

Aren’t they capable enough to create a some different, creative yet suicidal style to kill themselves?? Neither the reason has some creativity or substance nor do the methods followed have some innovation. What a heck!!!!!!!! Just a waste of resources ...

It’s a universal truth ‘My creativity sucks’ however thought what about having few ways and ideas for killing. ( I am terming it as creative!!)

Now don’t appear to be so happy dear.. .. I am not planning for a ‘Suicide’ …so all my dear friends you don’t have a reason to celebrate…. You can’t escape from me. Anyways also suicide isn’t in my dictionary …. (Coz I don’t have any!!!!!!!)………..we have heard about Oxfords Dictionary, Webster’s one, Collins … Have you ever heard of Preetu’s Dictionary????

Talking about suicides neither have time to waste nor have guts for a suicide …. Suicide doesn’t kill you... It kills yours …. Your family, friends, your dreams, your desires etc…. isn’t it ?!?….

Anyways continuing the usual time pass in which I m always engrossed and involved … thought to make suicide more interesting ……. adventurous ……. When life should be adventurous... Same goes for death J he he he …..wats say!!!

So then I thought, why not list all the possibilities of killing oneself in STYLE (I am trying to buy some time here by writing something immaterial, hope you understand my spirit to live a bit longer and do this great service to mankind).

I thought of few creative ways to kill: actually I am terming it as creative …. Don’t know whether actually they are creative or not …. So looking forward for few volunteers ….any one out???

It’s just that I hate monotonous attribute in anything so to all the guys and gals planning to die I am just giving few more interesting ways for you to commit suicide. I hope you would agree that at least your news that you committed suicide wont be the typical mundane one we see in newspapers and television like “she hanged himself from the ceiling fan like or “he consumed poison or “he slit his wrist’ ‘she jumped from the 8th floor’.. How boring … log bore nahi hote … “yaar atleast marne ki khabar chappe to lagna to chahiye ki kya style mei marre hai!” ….

The above mentioned methods don’t do justice to a creative person who is so creative in thinking and deciding to let die themselves and run away from life.

So here are a few entries/experiments I jotted down on my “Record Book” and making it fair in my ‘Journal’ ( saala aadat lag gayi hai journal experiment likhne ki .. Dimag ussi style mei kaam karta hai)

# (If would have been an organized person would have said ----‘yes I believe in doing everything in a systematic manner, even when it involves killing !’)

Experiment 1

Aim: To kill yourself creatively.

Apparatus: “Food” prepared by ME – Preetu the great.*** (There is a reason for my quoting the so called food ok)

Procedure: (Now if you were thinking that this experiment involves eating “food” to die, damn you don’t know what creativity is at all! I pray to god that even my enemies shouldn’t have the ill fate of eating the “food” ;) however since you are so excited and adamant to kill yourself follow the following points in order.

  1. Take a small sample “food” cooked by me in a plate.
  2. Now remove all your protective clothing and your hand gloves. (Don’t forget to remove your mask)
  3. Now that you have removed the entire protective anti-radiation suit, the harmful radiations from “food” will do the job in couple of minutes. You don’t have to do anything.

Note: The radiation emanating from the “food” is strong enough. Don’t get over enthusiastic and actually consume the “food”!

Observation: All the harmful radiations in the spectrum were found emanating from the sample taken.

Conclusion: “Food” cooked by me is the best way to kill yourself and the problem is just that you need patience and a bit of courage plus how will you pursue me ( a lazy bone) to cook for you ( I don’t know cooking).

I visit my kitchen rarely and that too if my dinner is not on dinning table then to take it or serve food to family members sometimes. However please do send the proposal will surely think about it. ( only attractive offers will be given a thought and justify why you wanna die – plz show some creativity ok – not the usual one like ‘ zindgi se tang aa gaya hu’ ‘ is it life ?? huh’ ‘mai uske bachche ki maa banne wlai hu’ ‘ meri girl friend left me’ , ‘ she ditched me’ and so on….

*** In my life I just cooked once for my family and next day my father got admitted in hospital for 15 days – that too without eating – so you see the power of radiation!!!!!

Experiment 2

Aim: To kill yourself creatively.

Apparatus: Wealth – that’s lots and lots of money (obviously papa ke honge coz akal hoti to na khud ke paise hote and akal hoti to suicide nahi karte.)

Procedure: Using the money, take a flight to London. After landing at the Heathrow airport, the moment you come across the police personnel or any higher airport authority, just start running in the opposite direction showing fear.

Note: For best results, sport a constipated look on your face plus a mysterious looking bag preferably black. Your skin colour and your Asian origin will do the rest.

Observation: Probability of your head brimming with bullets is approximately = 1.1

Conclusion: Success guaranteed under the present scenario.

Experiment 3

Aim: To kill yourself creatively.

Apparatus: Manja or a copper wire (without the sheath of course!), a tree or a ceiling fan.

Procedure: This is a variant of “hanging from the ceiling by a rope” procedure. ( but then that’s is how boring everyone does that so you do in a new style) In place of a rope, use the manja, which is used when flying kites or the copper wire.

Note: The manja/copper wire and the ceiling fan or the tree branch should be able to support your weight. So possible only for those light weight people obviously from this one method I am excluded automatically. So a recommendation is before using this method is to start exercising, taking proper diet ( don’t worry darling I am a nutritionist will plan a regular diet for you*)

Observation: More effective than the rope version.

Conclusion: Quite a practical method but lacks much creativity because the method is same, same procedure is followed its just that the equipment is changing the variables here (from rope to wire).

*extra charges applied besides my consulting fees and plus one big bar of chocolate and an ice cream for me for every session of consultancy

Experiment 4

Aim: To kill yourself creatively.

Apparatus: A 2 inch pocket knife, a handkerchief (colour of your choice)

Procedure: Tie your handkerchief around your face. Hold the pocket knife menacingly in your hand. Go to a butcher’s shop and threaten them to give you all their money or bear the consequence (waving your pocket knife).

Note: Choose a shop with more number of butchers for better result. For that do a market survey first and then take attempt.

Observation: Human flesh, like the animal flesh is quite susceptible to the butcher’s blade which is being sharpened at regular interval. However do try that you go in morning when there is a chance that butching hasn’t been started for that day so the butcher knife will be clean which reduces your risk of dying with AIDS ( coz if you die of AIDS – no creativity involved. It’s boring and old fashioned)

Conclusion: Don’t know whether it is more creative or taking dumbness to a new extreme... but what the heck, I like this one … since adventure involved.

Experiment 5

Aim: To kill yourself creatively.

Apparatus: A pistol, president/ prime minister of a Nation ( if you are a patriot go for that of your motherland)

Procedure: Approach the president and take out your pistol. Strike an impressive pose (like the one in the promos of “James Bond” flicks or any other action hero/ heroine of your choice – no compulsion) in front of him.

Note: There might be a risk of failure in your attempt if the secret service is too intelligent and allows you to shoot the president/prime minister and then award you a medal of honor for saving the country from the embarrassment that he is.

Observation: Security of such people are quite impressive.

Conclusion: The best method to be famous and also dead! Coz besides being in local ‘faltu’ newspaper and being a gossip for few days in your locality you will be famous all over the world – in all international newspapers and Television. Your both dream will come true.

Experiment 6

Aim: To kill yourself creatively.

Apparatus: A lot of worst movies ever made.

Procedure: Just watch all the movies in a row. Movies like ‘Chori chori chupke chupke’ , ‘ maine pyar kyu kiya’ , “Naach”, “Jaani Dushman”, ‘ Naksha’ are known to be injurious to health. Preferably do a market survey first – I am not a reliable source for this. However any cheap hindi remake of any English blockbuster will do too.

Note: Movies like “Jaani Dushman” can be hilariously stupid. Don’t forget to keep all these movies in a playlist lest you lose some valuable “Entertainment” time changing the disks or even double clicking.

Observation: zzzZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Conclusion: Quite a painful way to die. Its seriously is….

Experiment 7

Aim: To kill yourself creatively.

Apparatus: Rain fall, large varieties of mosquitoes easily available free of cost!

Procedure: Go out in the rain and keep your mouth open. Wait till it is filled with water. Try to drink as much water as possible until your stomach explodes or you choke to death (can also be done with anything to eat, like peanuts or chips or any junk food etc. etc.). If both of the above things don’t happen, the mosquitoes will definitely take care of you, especially when there is an epidemic of malaria and dengue. So choose the place accordingly. A Google search will help you to know where the epidemics have broken out.

Note: You might have a neck cramp or something when facing the sky for long durations. So carry pain killers with you – Surely “you don’t want to be unfit when you kill yourself’. Or else, it won’t account to suicide; it will be like dying of some disease!

Observation: There might be some cases of irritability due to a rash caused by the wet clothes.

Conclusion: This method of dying is only for the human especially having low immunity power and a great patience. It might take time but you will have promising desired results.

Experiment 8

Aim: To kill yourself creatively.

Apparatus: Red, white and black paint.

Procedure: Take off your shirt, paint round concentric circles of alternate colours of white and black and put a big red dot at the centre or if you don’t want to die naked have a custom made bulls-eye on your T - shirt. Now go to a firing range where the army is training its cadets - shooting (what else did you expect in a firing range you dumbasses?) and replace one of the targets with yourself.

Note: Stand completely still for better results. (don’t get too excited to die in STLYE or else your efforts wont give desired result)

Observation: Our army cadets are GOOD with guns (I suppose so. Have faith and patience).

Conclusion: It might make you messy with blood but death is confirmed plus you have an added advantage to be get killed by Army people!!!

Scope for further Research on Miscellaneous Experiments:

  1. Wearing Red clothes from head to toe and then trying to pull off as a cowboy in the vicinity of angered cattle – FOR BETTER RESULT SELECT RED BULL.

  2. Chatting on your cell phone on the railway track, holding your other ear with your hand to cut out all the train whistles disturbing you.

  3. Drying your wet clothes on a high voltage power line. (not for those who have height phobia)

  4. Do a ‘ghulam’ trick, just with a variation that you don’t jump out when the train arrives

  5. Try to learn the composition of a hand grenade by opening it.

  6. Attending all the classes (for better results Pallavi Mam’s or Mani Sir’s lecture) and then preparing the notes as well that too on time)

  7. Pillion riding with some of the most illustrious drivers of Baroda preferably of Maharaja Sayajirao University.

  8. Strangle yourself… don’t let yourself to blackout due to oxygen deprivation (now that’s tricky).

  9. Hearing Himesh Reshamiya’s song .. however I am not very sure of this method but don’t be upset it might work for you who knows – don’t lose hope baka – something will surely work for you. ( even this will give you FAME and DEATH together)

  10. Well there are always diseases like AIDS, Cancer etc. etc. (if all the above methods fail)

The list is quite endless. But there might still be some more creative ideas and using these you might create your own ideas too. (Permission granted)

You see I don’t want to do away with anything that is inferior. It has to be the best way possible way – Adventurous, exciting, risky, stimulating, exhilarating.

Truly a sexy cool “Idea to die for”! So Happy Dying … till then ….

(Do send me your comments, experiences via mails or just leave scrap- if there’s any Internet connection in the Hell or Heaven where ever you are...) Or else will soon meet you I will come however I will be in Hell ……

Cya … cheers!!!!!!!!!!

Human Being ... ...

As a rule, man is a fool

When it’s wet,

He wants it dry

When it’s dry,

He wants it wet

When it’s hot,

He wants it cool

When it’s cool,

He wants it hot

Always wanting

What is not?

Wrote it years back when I was in 10 th standard …

However now I suppose rather than “He” … it should have been “WE”

Isn’t it????????

Corporal Punishment ... ...

Just today evening by chance I switched on our idiot useless box technically termed as Television (Since the television in my home get a rare opportunity to get switched on!!) and what caught my sudden notice was the news in Aaj Tak channel which forced me to scribble down something here.

Since these days I am busy in writing my R.O.L by default my way of writing anything has changed to the way we write our R.O.L. For those lucky souls who are unaware of what the hell is this R.O.L let me brief you and for those who know I would request them to wander their minds while reading this or skip it. R.O.L. is Review of Literature which is done before doing any research. Before starting the research we need to know what all studies had been carried out in relation to our research topic. It has an added advantage that we get a direction for our research – come to know what all has been done (that avoids duplication of earlier researches) and results of earlier researches help us in justifying and validating our research and also an added disadvantage “ uufffuuuu we have to study a lot – read a lot – refer journals, books, sites !!!)

In brief I suppose that is enough to know what is R.O.L otherwise Google is always there for your rescue.

So not diverting from what I basically want to share (which is actually my usual habit!!!) I come back to the topic.

Acknowledgement:

Words seem to be the crudest for expressing when it comes to revealing my innermost feelings. But however since a naive in using “telepathy”!!! I wish to use the following words to express so.

For fulfilling my wish to share the following I put my would like to thank my “useless Idiot box” for letting me know what all is going on. Secondly I put on record my heartfelt gratitude to the “so called Teacher” who have just been successful in making the life of few children a hell and same for their parents too ( if by mistake those children are left alive!!!). Thirdly the vast source of information – “Google Uncle and Wikipedia Aunty”!!!!!

However I cannot restrain myself to make a special mention to extend my thanks to my Computer (Hp Pavilion), Microsoft Word and bsnl broadband service (for providing me net accessibility so that I can post it in the blogspot)

I do a little more than to bow down in deep gratitude to www.blogspot.com for letting me give the opportunity to do a “Bak Bak” here. Hope I will be doing it regularly!!!

Last but not the least – Poor Souls who are reading!!!!!!

On a serious note: Preetu – it’s not a matter to laugh.

Abstract:

“A student severely caned by his teacher has now died from complications from internal injuries.”

For the ‘crime’ created by kids in schools, they are murdered, made to clean toilet, forced to kneel for hours, caned savagely. Accordingly to a survey ten per cent of children in schools in Mumbai are ill-treated. It is time the government intervened and banned all forms of corporal punishment.

A child may be very provocative at times, but these days kids want to reason out everything. Through love and understanding, make her/ him realize his mistake."

Let us look at the aims and objectives:

1. Of Students who are forced an admission to a school by their parents:

Aim:
Nah no aim … … if we expect a 3 year child to have an aim … we nothing but the greatest fool of the millennium. However they just come because they have attained an age to be admitted in school and also “beta your friends are going to school – you also HAVE to go”. It’s in very later life we realize that yeah that school going was so important. (Slap!! Again drifting from the topic)

  1. Of those “so called Teachers”:

Aim: Besides a career for them - To teach the children in school to be a better and able individuals – a better youth of our society. (This is what is expected from teachers!!!)

I do respect to the fact that most of them do respect their aim, objectives and their profession but few get drifted (like I do!!! he he he) and those few are able enough to infame the whole teacher and school community, our education system, our government, our law!!!

If they want to make India a barbaric idea of school discipline, I don’t think this is the appropriate acceptable way!!!

Materials and Tools: Aahhhh just anything you name it and it can be used!! Everything in this world is multipurpose!!!! Verbal abuse, cane, belts, strong hands and finger, duster and the list is long. (I hope you can make their role here, so excuse me for not explaining!)

Results: A beaten child, horrified child, shocked child, injured child, demotivated child, sometimes dead too… …

The reason/ fault: The child by mistake was that he/she was not an adult and acted like a child. Sometime agreed he/ she may proactive yet was a child. Being child was the fault.

Introduction:

A few excerpts: (Technically: I am mentioning Case studies!!!)

“A student severely caned by his teacher has now died from complications from internal injuries.” “Child beaten by his school teacher few days back die”

A teenage boy, Arpit died here Thursday; allegedly due to a beating he received from a female schoolteacher last week, prompting police to slap a murder case against her. He suffered serious chest injuries after the beating, the complaint said. The boy was admitted to a hospital Wednesday

School authorities, however, denied the teacher was at fault.

Police said investigations were on and the body had been sent for post-mortem and the report was expected in a day or two.

Why did the teacher beat the boy with a stick??? For creating a nuisance during a mid-term examination. (On July 26’ 2007)

However I suppose we do know that this Arpit’s case isn't alone - corporal punishment is widespread in schools.

Just out of curiosity to know more regarding regarding this incident I types few words “ Corporal Punishment” in Google ( commonly called as my Google Uncle!) and there was flood of information regarding the uncontrolled widespread use of corporal punishment and what horrified but didn’t shocked was that its quite prevalent in our Indian schools. It wasn’t shocking because past few months now and then we do come to know about the corporal punishment faced by student in schools.

In a shocking incident, a six-year-old K.G. 1 student of a school in Chandrapur was caned by a teacher so badly, the child lost her sight in her left eye. After the beating the child has bled from her eyes. Shocking it was her father and not the school that rushed her to the hospital. It was stated the kid had suffered irreparable loss to her left eye.

Twelve-year-old Nitin Rai has permanently lost 20 per cent vision in his right eye, thanks to a teacher who flung a duster at another boy but shattered his spectacles instead. He's undergone three operations and, last week, a year after the incident, his parents moved the high court seeking Rs 10 lakh in damages from his school, Preet Public Secondary School, Preet Vihar.

Eight-year-old Rohit Kumar Sakpal of Sangli, Maharashtra, was beaten to death by his headmaster this February. Infuriated over his transfer, a teacher in Madhya Pradesh beat two six-year-olds to death last December 14;

Jeet Ram, a class VI student in Shimla, died on May 14 last year after he was beaten by his teacher for leaving his maths and English copies at home

A 13-year-old boy was made to clean the stinking toilet because he came late to school by a few minutes. This was the punishment he got for his ‘crime’. But this was not all. He was also caned and was forced by the neck to kneel when he hesitated to clean the toilet.

A class XI student kissed a girl with whom he was madly in love. Punishment by school? He was expelled. The boy was so traumatized; he committed suicide by consuming poison. [2]

Teachers in large number of schools use the scale to hit boys on the head, arms and the palm. Sometimes the blunt edge of the scale is used.
Making kids kneel for hours is a common form of punishment.
Pinching the ear, pulling the face with fingers, slapping are other forms of corporal punishment inflicted. The scale is used for frivolous reasons, one of them being ‘disciplining the child’.

Agreed that not all children are murdered in schools, made to clean toilets, made to strip, but in a large number of school across the country are given corporal punishment. Isn’t it?

Review of literature:

Corporal punishment (C.P.) is forced pain intended to change a person's behaviour or to punish them. Historically speaking, most punishments, whether in judicial, domestic, or educational settings, were corporal in basis.

In modern world, corporal punishment has been largely rejected in favor of other disciplinary methods. Modern judiciaries often favor fines or incarceration, whilst modern school discipline generally avoids physical correction altogether. Although corporal punishment is still used in many domestic settings, it has been banned in over seventeen countries. Corporal Punishment in Canada is restricted to children under the age of 13, and only by parents or guardians, and only such punishment that does not leave marks. {3}

Now further literature I won’t write here because it will be a sheer CCP – Cut/ Copy Paste.

Hence for further short but not so sweet information I would request you to take help of www.google.com and www.wikipedia.com . Lots and lots is there just a click afar ……

Results and Discussion:

A reliable study proves that in Mumbai, one in ten city kids are ill-treated. A survey conducted by the SNDT Women’s University proves corporal punishment is very much in evidence in quite a few schools. And because of ill-treatment, the kids had suicidal thoughts.

What is a serious matter that usually the poor kids suffer silently and do not inform about the punishment even to their parents!!!!

According to reports, the government is planning to deal with the cruel, painful, uncivilized issue soon. The state has to pass a bill making corporal punishment a serious offence. Soon!!!!!!! How soon … when??? After a lot more children will be traumatized!!!!!

Personally I don’t believe that C.P. either at school or at home works in changing behavior. It can’t!!! It might instill fear but not the discipline and it can only do incalculable psychological harm and at times cause even death or permanent disability.

Hey!!! A child CANNOT think or behave like an adult ~~~ the fact is that a child after all at the end of the day “A child”.

A child is a child - and the big mistake most teachers do is to treat them like adults and expect adult response from them. After all they are the most innocent of all human beings.
And however mischievous they may be they do responds immediately to love. An affectionate pat, a kind and appreciate remark, a little praise work more than any form of corporal punishment. This simple fact the adults are not able to understand who claims to teach otherwise a lot to the child.

Following the news on C.P. appearing these days in news I observed that it exists in more in government than public or private schools. Why???

The children in the former come from poor homes and they do not have any kind of ‘innocence’??? Beat them to black and blue and there will be no complaints. Neither from children nor parents. The parents can do nothing when they hear of cruel punishment meted out to their children. They are afraid to complain because they think the teacher will be vengeful and single out the child for more torture.

We might laugh on the fact that "You can't raise a stick against a dog because of the Prevention of Cruelty against Animals Act.” Yet we can escape after the hitting a child." Hah!!!!!

A child may be very provocative at times, but these days kids want to reason out everything. Through love and understanding, you have to make him realize his mistake." I agree patience on part of teacher required but then the mentor of teaching doesn’t posses patience what to expect of his/ her students.

Didn’t these teachers understand that C.P. would only instill fear in the child and won’t be conducive in his/ her growth and even education???

I don’t know may be if it's easy for adults to condone corporal punishment but when you're a child, it can seem like the worst form of torture, so terrible that you stay up at night plotting your revenge. Didn’t you do any time?? Although hopefully I never had to face any C.Ps. in my student life excluding the
“ usual teachers ka DAANTNA and all and few a times occurring “ get out of the class for talking in class” ( for a serious boring teacher I suppose that should be a heaven to get out of class – although don’t know why I used to feel bad that time !!!!)

"Brutal treatment of children can never inculcate discipline in them. Obedience exacted by striking fear of punishment can make the child adopt the same tactics when he grows up for getting what he wants... the child has to be prepared for responsible life," ( don’t be exclaimed these heavy duty but true words are not mine -- it’s a CCP!!)[2]

Most of the countries have now put a ban on C.P. Like Western Europe, most of Eastern Europe, Canada, New Zealand, Japan and South Africa have banned corporal punishment in schools. Australia has partially banned it. In the US, 23 states allow it. Why not India???? An immediate implementation required >>>

There are countries which have gone a step ahead and banned corporal punishment at home. We need ONE TOO >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Summary and Conclusion:

In contrast to gigantic summary usually found in thesis and journal (5-6 pages) in just few lines it can be can be summarized and concluded that:

“We need a stronger and child friendly law so that the sweetest souls are not humiliated, injured, exploited:

Who am I ?

Who am I?
Am a human being
Or a being on a journey
To be a human...

A definition less picture
Not yet defined
Just confined
In me... in myself...

Every time I sit to define myself...
A new face I find...
Not confused but with a
New determination every time...
A picture every time.......
A change....

The transition, the change
In me changes too fast
Nothing lasts till last...
Apart from memories of past...

For me tears are not
When I cry
And when I cry
My eyes are dry...

Existed now discovered is what I am
I am enjoying myself
While discovering the inner self...

The inner self is the soul...
The soul in an envelope
An envelope with a hole
From which the soul
Peeps sometimes
Sometimes you can guess who am I?

A lovable history, a tragic present
An unknown future
Is what I hold...
And the hold is so tight
My soul never becomes light...

Waiting for the day
Waiting for the light
To enlighten me...

Waiting to become a human
A human being with a journey end.......
